What We Offer

The Officers Quarters will help maximize your pass rate by providing clean, neat rooms along with the most functional study haven that supplies visual aids including, chart tables, training charts, 3D models, Lights, markers etc. All under one roof with no distractions.

Our Location

The house is 1 mile away from Maritime Professional Training, 1.4 miles away from Professional Yacht Training, and less than 5 miles away from Bluewater.

We are located close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, the airport, and 17th street. Our site gives you easy access to several marinas, different beaches, the major freeways, and a couple of malls.
